Managing Director

Chris was formerly UK Managing Director of London & Regional Properties (L&R). During his eight years with L&R, he was involved in the development and letting of 55 Baker Street; the acquisition of the Hilton Hotel (Park Lane); the acquisition and restructuring of David Lloyd leisure centres; and the acquisition of General Healthcare Group (GHG) in a consortium with Apax and Netcare.

Chris was a director of over 200 companies at L&R and sat on the board of the GHG group until September 2009. GHG, which primarily operates under the brand BMI, is the largest private hospital operator in the UK. During his time at L&R, Chris oversaw the expansion of the firm to become one of Europe's largest private real estate businesses.

Prior to L&R, Chris worked for Robert Fleming & Co (latterly JP Morgan Chase) for 10 years.
